Restaurant Registration 

Restaurant registration for the 2026 event is now closed. We hope to have you as a participant for the 2027 event!

Become a Passport Sponsor

During Restaurant Week, diners receive a stamp for their Restaurant Week Passport when they dine at a participating eatery. They collect as many stamps as possible during the week and then submit their passport to the Visitors Center for entries into prize drawings!

Your Biz Supporting Biz Passport Sponsorship directly supports a Frederick County eatery through the purchase of a gift card, while also encouraging diners to visit eateries themselves during Restaurant Week as they vie for Restaurant Week Swag Packs!

Biz Supporting Biz Sponsorship is easy!

1. Commit to sponsor by completing and submitting the sponsor registration form.

2. Head to your favorite Frederick County, Virginia, eatery and purchase a $100 gift card. This is not limited to participating eateries, we wish to elevate all Frederick County restaurants during Restaurant Week.

3. Drop off your gift card (and optional swag pack) at the Winchester-Frederick County Convention & Visitors Bureau by January 16, 2026. (1400 S. Pleasant Valley Rd. Winchester, VA 22601)

4. This effort is meant to support Frederick County restaurants AND your business! Optional: Include a business card with your gift card when you drop it off and consider packaging it with your own company swag* (branded pens, stickers, t-shirts, etc.) and/or products.

5. Email a copy of your business logo to Wendy May, EDA Marketing Manager: wmay@YesFrederickVA.com. We will be showcasing our sponsors during and after Restaurant Week on the FredCo Eats website, social media pages, and in the Restaurant Week menu guide.

*Swag should be inline with the spirit of FredCo Eats and appropriate for all audiences. FredCo Eats reserves the right to return promotional items not meeting this criteria.
