84 Lumber is expanding in Frederick County with the construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. lumber warehouse.
Publix
Location: Corner of Warrior Drive and Route 277 in Stephens City
Publix, will open a 50,325 sq. ft. store in Stephens City at Sherando Green. Approximately 150 associates will be employed at the store. A second Publix store will open in Winchester.
Clasen Quality Chocolate
Clasen Quality Chocolate will construct a chocolate production facility at Valley Innovation Park, a 147 acre industrial property. Headquartered in Madison, Wis., the company began as a family-owned bakery in 1959 and has grown to one of the largest suppliers of high-quality chocolate and confectionary coatings in the United States. Clasen Quality Chocolate manufactures chocolate and confectionary coatings for large grocery chains and food companies.
One Logistics Park
Location: Route 50 East, near Tri-State Nissan, backing to Winchester Regional Airport
One Logistics Park, a multi-phased, master-planned project with nearly 1.4 million SF of best-in-class industrial product spread across two facilities, 364,934 SF (Building 1) and one million SF (Building 2), respectively. Building 2 construction is complete and immediately available.
ZM Sheet Metal
ZM Sheet Metal, a Frederick County manufacturer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) steel components, is constructing a 160,000 sq. ft. facility on 23 acres near its current facility in Stonewall Industrial Park. The production facility has capacity for up to 300 employees and will allow for continued modernization in positioning the company for continued long-term advancements.
